Please try to reset the earbuds as below operation:
1. Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing and delete the Bluetooth connection record on the your device. Switch off the Bluetooth function of your phone.
2. Put the Bluetooth wireless earbuds back into the charging box and long press the left and right earbuds for 15 seconds.
3. After while, taking out the earbuds, they will automatically turn on and pair with each other again.
4. Turning on your device Bluetooth function, choose the "V98" in your pairing list to connect again.

A.No, there is no problem with the charging case. The charging case has a charging protective function. Sometimes you need to connect to the power supply to activate the charging case or fully charge the charging case and then you can charge the earbuds!

A. The earbuds will automatically turn on when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back into the charging case.
